Team Manager & Co-founder
Recognized as one of the top cheerleading coaches and athletes in Indonesia. He is a founding member and key figure of ICC Allstars, contributing significantly to the development of cheerleading in the country. Pleti has represented Indonesia in prestigious international competitions such as the Cheerleading World Championships (CWC) and the World DanceSport Games (WDSG). He is particularly known for his superior individual expertise and performance. In addition to his international achievements, Pleti also coaches several prominent school teams, including SMAN 3 Jakarta Sparkles, SMAN 6 Jakarta Sixers, and SMP Pangudi Luhur Jakarta PLCS.

Novan Jeremy has an extensive career as a cheerleading coach, working with several prestigious teams, including Dazzle at SMAN 47 Jakarta (2009-2019), SMAN 6 Stingers Tangerang Selatan (2010-2019), and ICC Allstars Cheerleading Club (2016-2024). He also coached Lions Cheerleading Club and Lanser at SMPN 111 Jakarta. As an athlete, Novan competed internationally, including in the Cheerleading World Championships (CWC) and World Dance Sport Games (WDSG). His teams have consistently achieved top placements in various national and international events.


Dimas Sindhu Aji Kurnia Putra is a dedicated athlete with a strong non-academic background in gymnastics from an early age, actively competing in both national and international championships. His accomplishments include multiple gold and bronze medals at junior events in Singapore and representing Indonesia in the 2018 Asian Games as the first national trampoline gymnastics athlete. Beyond gymnastics, he is also accomplished in cheerleading, with experience ranging from regional to international competitions, including a third-place finish at the 2014 Cheerleading Asia International Open Championship in Tokyo, Japan.


Shelma Nurkinanty Aoki has a solid background in administration, operations, and public relations, with professional experience at institutions such as Indonesia Investment Authority, PT. Moto Energy Indonesia, and Rockstar Gym. A graduate of the University of Indonesia, she is also a certified Class 2 cheerleading coach with a strong passion for youth development and team coordination.
Dr. dr. Carmen Jahja, Sportmed
Team Doctor, Medical & Scientific
Dr. dr. Carmen S. Y. Jahja, Sportmed, is a leading orthopedic and sports injury consultant who has served as Indonesia’s national team doctor in seven Olympic Games—Atlanta 1996, Sydney 2000, Athens 2004, Beijing 2008, London 2012, Rio 2016, and Tokyo 2020. A graduate of Universitas Indonesia with further specialization in sports medicine from Germany, she is currently Head of Sports Medicine at RS Pondok Indah – Sport Medicine, Injury & Recovery Center. Known for her expertise in injury prevention and rehabilitation, Dr. Carmen also actively contributes to global sports organizations such as BWF and AFC, and is a passionate advocate for athlete health and performance.


Anisa Yulia Lestari has hands-on experience in customer service and operational administration, including cashiering, sales reporting, and inventory input/output across F&B roles. A SMAN 8 Bekasi (Social Science), she is currently pursuing a Product Design degree at Universitas Paramadina. She also earned 3rd place in the Senior Mixed category at the Cheerleading World Championship 2025 in Takasaki, Japan, representing Team Indonesia.

Ignatius Robert Pattipeilohy

Ignatius Robert Pattipeilohy is a senior cheerleading coach based in the Greater Jakarta Area with a decade of experience in the sport. He specializes in structured training programs, competition preparation, and team performance development. He has coached multiple school teams to consistent podium finishes at FCSI Regionals and Nationals, supported a team’s participation at the World Championship level in 2019, and contributed to the cheerleading ecosystem as an event organizer for FCSI Regionals and Nationals from 2017 to 2020. He holds IFC Class I and Class II Coach Certifications and is a Class III IFC judge candidate (International Judges Course).
Aga Fahlevy
Aga Fahlevy is an experienced cheerleading athlete and coach since 2022, with achievements at regional, national, and international levels. Aga has earned multiple top placements as an athlete and led teams as a coach (Tiny & Junior I) to podium finishes in ICC Cup, Kejuaraan Nasional, and Japan Open, including 1st Place ICC Cup Tiny 2025. Aga also has skills in video editing, English communication, and basic Microsoft Office, supported by IFC, AFC, and USAG Levels 1–7 certifications.
